Option 1: Measure an Existing Ring
✔ Take a ring that fits comfortably on the intended finger.
✔ Measure the inside diameter in millimeters (mm).
✔ Use the chart below to find your SENSORING™ size.
Option 2: Use a String or Paper Strip
1️⃣ Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your finger.
2️⃣ Mark where it overlaps and measure the length in millimeters.
3️⃣ Match the measurement to our size chart below.
